Do I have to use a seat on the group subscription if I’m just an administrator and don’t require access?
No, subscription managers can set up a group subscription without taking up a seat. Only users added to the subscription will have unlimited access to SpaceNews.com.
Can I transfer seats to other users?
Yes, it’s easy for the subscription manager to add and remove users from the subscription at any time via their My Account team portal. Or you can contact support@spacenews.com for help.
What if I need to add more seats in the future?
You can add more users to your subscription at any time. We will prorate users purchased after your initial subscription through the end of your first subscription term.
Can we convert from multiple individual subscriptions to a group subscription?
Yes. Contact us at support@spacenews.com, and include the email addresses of those users at your organization who have already subscribed. We can set up a group subscription for your team, maintaining each user’s individual account, and credit any payments against the balance of the multi-user subscription.
Is SpaceNews available through my subscription management agency?
Yes, you can work with Ebsco, Prenax or any subscription management provider to purchase access to SpaceNews for your organization. Your agent should contact support@spacenews.com to request more information.
Are there any restrictions on how we can use SpaceNews coverage?
